All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
At this time, we do not ship outside the USA.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes-
Any order over 5 pounds will be shipped UPS ground. UPS ground does not deliver to PO Box. We can only ship to PO Box via USPS priority, with an order under 5 pounds.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Once an order has been placed and needs to be cancelled, it's subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the shipping label has been printed or the order has been sent out and needs to be cancelled, a 10% restocking fee applies and shipping will not be refunded.
We do not offer refunds. If the item is damaged during shipping or the product has a manufacturer defect, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
A product may be out of stock at any time. We don’t guarantee stock levels, even after an order is placed. If an order is placed with multiple items, and something is out of stock, the order will ship out and a refund will be given for the out of stock item.
