Five stars for flavor. Anyone can make a spicy jerky. Unfortunately most hot stuff is just that, hot with no taste, however this will bless your tongue with a wash of deliciousness and then immediately cleanse that flavor away with a sterilizing blast of capsaicin. Not for the faint of heart. I only wish i had a whole bag to myself, i had to beg a piece off my local hardware store cashier.

I told my friends I'd sample a piece. When it came in one piece, what's a guy to do besides eat the whole thing? Good snack piece for a chilihead. Decent burn, nice chew, and a good residual rumble in the belly.
