Shipping & return Policy
Orders take1-5 business days to prepare for shipping. Shipping estimate is from the time the product is shipped, not when the order is placed.
Please double check and confirm shipping details. If the customer is unable to receive package or have entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout and the order gets sent back, the customer is responsible for shipping cost.
During summer months we pack all chocolate deliveries with ice packs and insulation and ship via Priority to ensure safe delivery. Therefore, we add $1 extra on chocolate shipping and handling fee. While we take every precaution to ensure you get your snack at perfect condition, we are not responsible if chocolate arrives melted due to the various factors during shipping.
All purchases are shipped USPS or UPS ground. We reserve the right to change shipping method at any time. If you require different shipping arrangements than offered on our site, please contact us at info@cowcrack for availability. US shipments to the contiguous 48 states generally takes between 3-7 business days for delivery after your order is processed. It generally takes 1-5 days for us to process your order. In total, you’re looking at an average of 6-12 business days for your order to arrive. Orders placed to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. Orders placed during peak holiday seasons such as Christmas may take longer. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you need to cancel an order, and the order has not shipped, a refund may be issued, and a 10% fee may apply. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit or if the product is damaged on our end, please email us immediately at info@cowcrack.com. Do not discard of the box until we have officially filed a claim with the USPS. Often times claims require proof of damage, which may include photos. It is our policy to resend the order as soon as possible.
If the item is damaged during shipping or the product has a manufacturer defect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cowcrack.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. It's up to the customer to file any claims for lost or stolen packages.
