Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Once an order has been placed and needs to be cancelled, it's subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the shipping label has been printed or the order has been sent out and needs to be cancelled, a 10% restocking fee applies and shipping will not be refunded.
We do not offer refunds. If the item is damaged during shipping or the product has a manufacturer defect, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case by case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. It's up to the customer to file any claims for lost or stolen packages.
A product may be out of stock at any time. We don’t guarantee stock levels, even after an order is placed. If an order is placed with multiple items, and something is out of stock, the order will ship out and a refund will be given for the out of stock item.
